Q: Will I have enough milk to feed ALL of my babies?
A: One of the most amazing aspects of a mothers’ body is that milk production is a matter of supply and demand. To help this along, treat your body as if you were still pregnant! Eating, drinking, and sleeping are very important, and are very necessary to ensure a good milk supply. Putting the babies to the breast often and holding infants skin-to-skin (kangaroo care) will also help increase your milk supply.
